La sentencia es apelable en el efecto suspensivo, pero si fue favorable al demandante y éste, en la forma indicada en el artículo 881, presta caución de pagar todo perjuicio al demandado si el fallo se revoca o reforma, la apelación se concede en el efecto devolutivo.
