Los empleados del orden judicial y los del Ministerio Público no pueden ser mandatarios de profesión en negocios de ninguna especie ni abogar en negocios judiciales ni administrativos no ser albaceas o ejecutores testamentarios, aunque estén en uso de licencia. Cuando tengan que litigar en negocios propios, deben constituír apoderado.
