Art. 3.° El Gobierno podrá dar en propiedad los terrenos baldíos que por esta ley se ceden al Departamento de Boyacá, á la Compañía empresaria del camino de "Cusirí" á Casanare, en lotes de á seis mil doscientas cincuenta hectáreas (6,250), en la misma proporción en que se construya la obra, ó sea, por cada cuarta parte que se dé al servicio público.
