La presente ley tiene por objeto regular la realización y divulgación de encuestas para cargos de elección popular y de opinión política, con el fin de garantizar la igualdad al acceso de la información y la transparencia de los datos en aras de aumentar la confiabilidad y robustecer técnicamente la aplicación de dichas técnicas de investigación en el territorio nacional.
