Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos de la actual vigencia económica un crédito adicional hasta por la suma de diez y seis mil pesos ($ 16,000), imputables así : Capítulo 4° Material del Ejército. Para pagar el valor de los edificios de propiedad particular, situados en la parte oriental de la Plaza de armas, hasta: $16.000 Comuníquese y publíquese.
