Parágrafo

Si la vía se ejecutase por contrato, no podrá pagarse por ella un valor mayor de $ 20.000 oro por kilómetro; y si se hiciere por administración, no se pagara por la dirección de la obra una cantidad mayor del 5 por 100 de la suma que se gastare.
