ARTICULO 7º. ASIGNACION DE FRECUENCIAS EN AREAS. La asignación de frecuencias del espectro radioeléctrico se hará de tal forma que cubra tres (3) áreas con sus correspondientes polos técnicos. Dichas áreas son: La Oriental, Occidental y Costa Atlántica.
