Artículo décimo. Cuando la falta que es objeto de dicha investigación sea notoriamente contraría a la moralidad y las buenas costumbres, los Gobiernos Seccionales podrán decretar la suspensión provisional del servicio del maestro respectivo, mientras la Junta Seccional decide de la exclusión del Escalafón del mismo maestro. En el caso de que el fallo final fuere absolutorio, el maestro deberá ser reintegrado a su cargo y pagados sus sueldos dejados de cubrir.
