Art. 18. Los Administradores de las rentas monopolizadas tendrán, además de las funciones que les estén atribuidas á los Resguardos respecto de las rentas que administran, la de cobrar ejecutivamente los respectivos impuestos, y para este efecto se les inviste de la jurisdicción coactiva.
