Para que se pueda iniciar la construcción de un matadero se requiere "Autorización Sanitaria de Construcción" expedida por el Ministerio de Salud o su autoridad delegada, según el caso, de conformidad con las disposiciones que sobre la materia se establecen en el presente Decreto. Cuando se trate de remodelación o ampliación, las mismas autoridades podrán expedir "Autorización Sanitaria de Remodelación" o "Autorización Sanitaria de Ampliación", según el caso. Localización
