De la obligación de informar . Toda persona natural o jurídica deberá informar en el menor tiempo posible, a la autoridad de salud más cercana, cualquier fenómeno que se presente en las personas, animales y medio ambiente, que en una u otra forma comprometa o pueda comprometer la salud de la población.
