La Corte Suprema de Justicia y los Tribunales Superiores, dentro de seis meses subsiguientes a la publicación de la presente Ley, harán el estudio del antedicho provecto de Código y enviarán al Consejo de Estado un dictamen razonado, y las reformas que estimen conveniente introducir en el procedimiento judicial.
