SECUESTROS DE AERONAVES, NAVES, O MEDIOS DE TRANSPORTE COLECTIVO. El que mediante violencia, amenazas o maniobras engañosas, se apodere de nave, aeronave, o de cualquier otro medio de transporte colectivo, o altere su itinerario, o ejerza su control, será sancionado con prisión de diez (10) a quince (15) años y multa de diez (10) a cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales. Si como resultado de estos actos se ocasionaren daños a la integridad personal de la tripulación o sus ocupantes, la pena será de quince (15) a veinte (20) años y la multa de veinte (20) a ciento cincuenta (150) salarios mínimos mensuales. Si se produce la muerte de una o varias personas, la pena será de veinte (20) a treinta (30) años y la multa de cincuenta (50) a doscientos (200) salarios mínimos mensuales.
