Negativa o negligencia frente al suministro de la información. Los servidores públicos que obstruyan el acceso a la información o incumplan con las obligaciones establecidas en los artículos 11 y 12 del presente decreto-ley incurrirán en falta gravísima, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que haya lugar.
