Ley 180 de 1959 · Por el cual se ordena dotar de quipos, elementos e implementos al Hospital General, de Ibagué, se auxilia al Colegio Departamental "Santa Teresa de Jesus", y al Colegio Municipal de Bachillerato del Fresno

En desarrollo de la Ley 196 de 1938 , la Nación procederá, una vez sancionada esta ley, a dotar de todos los equipos, elementos e implementos necesarios, aconsejada por la técnica moderna hospitalaria, al hospital general que conforme a la mencionada ley 196 se construyo en la ciudad de Ibagué, y hará entrega de tal hospitales dotado al municipio.

Parágrafo

En la dotación del Hospital, a que se refiere este artículo, la Nación podrá invertir hasta la cantidad de millón y medio de pesos ($ 1.500.000).
