° . Hasta el 30 de junio de 1958 los bancos comerciales que no hayan cumplido la obligación impuesta en el artículo 1° del Decreto 198 de 1957, podrán sustituirla con préstamos a los exportadores de café colombiano, a los plazos autorizados para las demás operaciones comerciales.
