La persona que ejerza profesionalmente el comercio sin estar inscrita en el registro mercantil incurrirá en multa hasta de diez mil pesos, que impondrá la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones legales. La misma sanción se aplicará cuando se omita la inscripción o matrícula de un establecimiento de comercio.
