Circunstancias atenuantes . Se consideran circunstancias atenuantes de una infracción sanitaria las siguientes

El no haber sido sancionado anteriormente o haber sido objeto de medida sanitaria de seguridad o preventiva por autoridad competente;

Procurar por iniciativa propia resarcir el daño o compensar el perjuicio causado antes de la sanción;

El confesar la falta voluntariamente antes de que se produzca daño en la salud individual o colectiva.
