º Clases de Registros de Proponentes . Los Registros de Proponentes son los siguientes

a)

De Constructores, cuando se refiere a personas que se hallan en condiciones de celebrar contratos de obras públicas.

b)

De Proveedores, cuando se refiere a personas que se hallan en condiciones de celebrar contratos de suministro y de compraventa de bienes muebles.

c)

De Consultores, cuando se refiere a personas que se hallan en condiciones de celebrar el contrato de consultoría previsto en el capítulo 5º del Título VIII del Decreto 222 de 1983. Los registros anteriores operarán sin perjuicio del establecido en los Decretos 921 y 1154 de 1983.
