°. Exención de tributos nacionales para la reforma estatutaria de la sociedad . Toda reforma estatutaria que se realice a la sociedad de economía mixta, denominada Salinas Marítimas de Manaure SAMA Ltda., y que, por ende, deba constar en escritura pública, estará exenta de cualquier tipo de impuestos, tasas o contribuciones del orden nacional que se requieran para este tipo de actos, los cuales deberán protocolizarse antes del 31 de diciembre de 2023.
