El presente Decreto rige a partir del primero (1°) de enero de 1969 deroga el artículo 21 del Decreto 1629 de 1963, el Decreto 1046 de 1966, las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y produce efectos fiscales desde el 1° de septiembre de 1968 para los empleados que estando al servicio de la Superintendencia Nacional de Cooperativas en esa fecha fueren designados para ocupar cargos de esta planta. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
