Aspirantes a Oficiales y Suboficiales de los servicios . Los aspirantes a ingresar como Oficiales y Suboficiales de los servicios, durante su permanencia en las respectivas escuelas de formación, tendrán la calidad de alumnos y recibirán una bonificación mensual equivalente al sueldo básico de Especialista Cuarto para los Oficiales y de Adjunto Segundo para los Suboficiales.
