ARTICULO 3.8.2.4.- RETIRO DE APORTES. El tenedor que haya completado al menos tres (3) años en el Plan de Ahorro tendrá derecho, conforme al reglamento que se dicte, a retirar anualmente los créditos a su favor resultantes de los aportes legales voluntarios distintos a los realizados durante los tres primeros años, y podrá continuar participando en el Plan de Ahorros.
