Desvinculación de común acuerdo . Cuando exista acuerdo para la desvinculación del vehículo la empresa y el propietario o poseedor del mismo de manera conjunta informarán por escrito de esta decisión al Ministerio de Transporte y este procederá a efectuar el trámite correspondiente desvinculando el vehículo y cancelando la respectiva tarjeta de operación.
