Desde la presentación de la demanda y en cualquier estado del proceso, el demandante podrá pedir la práctica de medidas cautelares de los bienes sobre los cuales pretende la extinción del dominio, para lo cual se observarán las reglas contenidas en el Libro IV, Título XXXV, del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
