Requisitos. Las instituciones educativas o centros de educación de adultos que exclusivamente ofrezcan programas de educación formal dirigidos a la población adulta en los términos establecidos en la presente Sección, para prestar este servicio deberán cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Obtener la licencia de funcionamiento o el reconocimiento de carácter oficial.

Tener un proyecto educativo institucional.

Disponer de una estructura administrativa, una planta física y medios educativos adecuados.
