Las listas de jurados se formarán así: durante el mes de noviembre de cada año, el Procurador de Distrito pasará al Tribunal respectivo las listas de los ciudadanos aptos y honorables, en el número que corresponda según el artículo anterior. El Tribunal los examinará y les impartirá su aprobación si no tiene objeciones respecto de los nombres incluidos por el Procurador; si la tuviera solicitara de éste el envió de una lista adicional para remplazar a los ciudadanos objetados, hasta completar el numero requerido.
