En la Imprenta Nacional y por cuenta del Gobierno se editará un folleto titulado "Compilación Electoral", en número de 3.000 ejemplares, bajo la dirección de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.

Parágrafo

El papel y cartulina necesarios se adquirirán con cargo a la apropiación para gastos del ramo Electoral. (Capítulo 3°, artículo 27-bis).
