Consejos especiales. La Junta Directiva, cuando lo estime conveniente, podrá integrar con miembros de ella, con particulares o con funcionarios de otros organismos oficiales, o semioficiales vinculados a las actividades agropecuarias, Comités especiales, permanentes o transitorios, tendientes a facilitar las labores del Instituto, el desarrollo y la producción agropecuaria, tanto a nivel nacional como sectorial.
