º. El diferimiento arancelario establecido en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, rige hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2006. Vencido este término, se restablecerá el gravamen contemplado en el Arancel Externo Común.

Parágrafo

Si antes del vencimiento del término previsto en el presente artículo, se registra producción subregional según Resolución de Nómina de Bienes No Producidos expedida por la Secretaría General de la Comunidad Andina, se restablecerá el Arancel Externo Común.
