Cuando la nave de que trata el artículo 12 del presente decreto, quede fuera de operación por pérdida eventual de sus condiciones de navegabilidad o pérdida total, hecho que deberá ser calificado por Dimar, la empresa nacional de transporte marítimo habilitada. tendrá un plazo no superior a treinta (30) días hábiles para su reparación o reemplazo por otra que cumpla los requisitos exigidos, registrando el contrato de arrendamiento o fletamento, de conformidad con los requisitos exigidos, en el presente decreto.
