ARTICULO 66 . Para que los estudios y prácticas marineras efectuados en Escuelas Náuticas Mercantes constituidas, o que se constituyan en el país, sean reconocidos por la autoridad marítima y sus egresados tengan derecho a obtener la correspondiente licencia de navegación, dichos cursos y sus programas y prácticas, incluyendo la idoneidad del profesorado respectivo, han de corresponder a las prescripciones establecidas en este Decreto y los programas fijados por la autoridad marítima, debiendo ser previamente reconocidos por dicha autoridad mediante el acto administrativo correspondiente.
