Aprobación De Estados Financieros

Ley 1258 de 2008 · por medio de la cual se crea la sociedad por acciones simplificada.

Tanto los estadosfinancieros de propósito general o especial, como los informes de gestión y demás cuentas sociales deberán ser presentadas por el representante legal a consideración de la asamblea de accionistas para su aprobación.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de sociedades por acciones simplificadas con único accionista, este aprobará todas las cuentas sociales y dejará constancia de tal aprobación en actas debidamente asentadas en el libro correspondiente de la sociedad.
