Actividades de trabajo, estudio y enseñanza . Los establecimientos de reclusión para inimputables por trastorno mental permanente o transitorio con base patológica, o trastorno mental sobreviniente a la privación de la libertad, deberán contar con lugares destinados a la realización de actividades de trabajo, estudio y enseñanza.
