° El registro civil de nacimientos se llevará en los folios o tarjetas que establecen los Decretos-leyes números 1260 y 2158 de 1970, a partir del día 12 de octubre de 1971 en el Círculo Notarial de Bogotá. En el resto del país y en los Consulados de la República en el Exterior se dará inicio al nuevo sistema el da 2 de enero de 1972.
