º Registro de fletes de conferencias . Toda conferencia marítima que opere en tráficos que cubran puertos colombianos, bien sea o no que cuente entre sus miembros con empresas nacionales de transporte marítimo y que se ajuste a los objetivos y principios de que trata el artículo 23 del presente Decreto, deberá registrar ante la Dirección General Marítima en el acuerdo respectivo las tarifas básicas y los recargos que cobre, discriminados por tráfico, en los términos contemplados en el artículo 6º del presente Decreto, lo cual deberá hacerse directamente por el representante de la conferencia en el país acreditado ante la Dirección General Marítima. Las tarifas así registradas tendrán vigencia a partir de la fecha de su registro.
