Para el cumplimiento de los proyectos, el Secretario de Integración Popular de la República podrá actuar en coordinación con los Gobernadores, los Alcaldes, los Jefes de Planeación y, en general, los funcionarios de las entidades territoriales respetivas, también y con el mismo objeto podrá solicitar y obtener colaboración de otras entidades públicas de cualquier naturaleza, así como de las del sector privado.
