Mientras se tramitan los recursos o se adelantan las acciones contra cualquiera de las providencias mencionadas en el caso de que esto suceda, el beneficiario tendrá derecho a recibir el pago de las cuotas reconocidas en aquellas consentidas por él. La Caja pagadora, al ser resuelto el recurso, o cuando se decida la acción contra la providencia impugnada, cubrirá las cuotas de conformidad con el fallo definitivo.
