Art. 7.° De todos estos hechos se dará oportunamente cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo nacional, cuando los denuncios sean presentados a las Administraciones de Hacienda o al Ajente jeneral, a fin de que, si lo cree conveniente, o hubiere en qué fundarlos, dé a aquel las instrucciones del caso, para la defensa de los intereses nacionales, al respectivo Ajente del Ministerio público.
