La Oficina de Cambios verificará el movimiento de los fondos en moneda extranjera que se autoricen según lo preceptuado en el artículo anterior y podrá autorizar, previa solicitud formulada por el inversionista, la reinversión en la Zona de las utilidades obtenidas en moneda, extranjera, u ordenar la liquidación de la cuenta, según la reglamentación que al efecto expida la Junta Monetaria.
