°. todo reproductor bovino o becerro que se pretenda movilizar de las regiones infectadas a las indemnes, deberá ir provisto del respectivo certificado en que conste que le ha sido practicada la prueba de la aglutinación bang con resultado negativo. Este certificado debe ser expedido por el veterinario graduado dentro de los ocho días que proceden al despacho. Cuando la movilización se efectuare por ferrocarril, los respectivos jefes de estación no permitirán el embarque si no les fuere presentado el certificado de que trata este artículo. De la misma manera procederán los inspectores fluviales y los capitanes del barco fluvial y marítimo.
