El Contralor General de la República certificará antes del 31 de enero de cada año, el porcentaje promedio ponderado de los cambios ocurridos durante el año inmediatamente anterior en la remuneración de los servidores de la administración central, el cual determinará el reajuste anual de la asignación de los miembros del Congreso.
