El aviso de que habla el Artículo anterior se entenderá dado, y en consecuencia, verificada la notificación al contribuyente, una vez que haya transcurrido el término de la distancia y diez días más, contados desde el día siguiente al en que el Administrador de Hacienda haya puesto la respectiva comunicación en cualquier oficina de correos.
