º. Objeto . Los proyectos, obras o actividades de que trata el presente Decreto son aquellos que no producen un deterioro grave a los recursos naturales renovables o al medio ambiente, ni modificaciones notorias al paisaje, o que forman parte de proyectos, obras o actividades que ya cuentan con autorizaciones ambientales. No obstante lo anterior, se justifica disponer y ejecutar un plan de manejo ambiental adecuado, para ser controlados por parte de la autoridad ambiental competente.
