° La primera elección de miembros de Cámaras de Comercio se hará libremente por los comerciantes e industriales colombianos de la respectiva jurisdicción. Las elecciones posteriores se harán por las personas colombianas inscritas en el Registro Público de Comercio de respectiva Cámara.
