Destinase la suma de ciento treinta mil pesos ($ 130.000) para atender a los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de la presente Ley. Si después de hecha la inversión que demanden la creación del monumento de que trata el artículo 2.° quedare algún excedente de la suma antes dicha, éste se destina como auxilio de la Nación para la reconstrucción de la Iglesia Parroquial de dicha población, de acuerdo con los planos que se acompañan a esta Ley.
