° Se podrán autorizar viáticos hasta por la suma de cuarenta dólares estadinenses diarios para los empleados cuyos sueldos oscilen entre cinco mil y dieciocho mil pesos cuando le sea conferida comisión en el exterior. Para el cumplimiento de comisiones dentro del territorio nacional, la suma diaria será hasta de trescientos pesos.
