FONDEO. Para las naves o artefactos navales que se encuentren sometidos al proceso de investigación por accidentes o siniestros marítimos, o retenidos a órdenes del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, las tarifas de fondeo se reducirán en un ochenta por ciento (80%), desde cuando la nave quede retenida y hasta que se levante esta medida, siempre que el armador de dicha nave resulte inocente o no culpable del hecho que se investiga.
