ARTICULO 10 . El ingreso de mercancías nacionales a las zonas de régimen aduanero especial no constituye exportación y el control aduanero se realizará cuando se exporten o cuando a su reingreso al resto del territorio puedan confundirse con otras de origen extranjero.
