ARTICULO 80 . SELECCION. La selección para el ingreso a la Carrera Penitenciaria o promoción dentro de ella se efectuará acreditando sus méritos y conocimientos mediante exámenes o con la comprobación de sus títulos o experiencia, conforme lo determine este estatuto y los reglamentos que en desarrollo del mismo se expidan

Para el personal administrativo a través de concurso.

Para el personal del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria a través del curso previa selección. CAPITULO II. ADMINISTRACION Y VIGILANCIA DE LA CARRERA PENITENCIARIA
